Mixed Case Palletizing & Depalletizing
We implement solutions that handle multiple box or package sizes for both outgoing order fulfillment/shipping and incoming receiving of goods. We design systems that dynamically read the box and package size, and adjust accordingly to pick and/or place products. Our experience includes different combinations of box sizes, package shapes, weights, and patterns for stacking. We also develop standard solutions for one in/one out, two in/two out, three in / three out, and four in/four out applications both for product receipt and shipment.
